Crestwood Dental Choice

I have a lot of dental anxiety and the staff at Crestwood Dental Choice made it a positive experience. Once I booked, I received a text reminder as well as a request for my insurance information ahead of time. Coralie entered my insurance and made the process as painless as possible. Dr. Patel and her dental assistant made sure to take a comprehensive look at my dental health and did a whole mouth and jaw x-Ray. I appreciated the thorough review of my health including my sinuses & jaw. Although I do have cavities, I feel a lot more relaxed knowing it’s Dr.Patel who will be doing the procedure. She explains all of the steps she is doing and is gentle. Her dental assistant was quick and explained all of the steps she was taking which eased my anxiety. Even though my insurance isn’t great & I do have some fees, the staff were willing to help me figure out the most cost effective way to have my cavities filled while also being mindful of my tooth health.
